Clearwater House renovation

This modern house was a 'colonial' ranch in poor shape when the owner's family started growing. They required a master suite and a rethinking of the house and yard. We built a second floor for the suite, and reorganized the entry and living areas, adding windows and a new entry, changing the trim and color ways to create a modern house.
